Tier 1: Basic Service – “Ride Ready“
Perfect for regular cyclists who need essential maintenance to keep their bikes running smoothly.
Inclusions:
- Basic safety inspection (frame, wheels, and components)
- Headset check (ensure no movement)
- Wheelset check (ensure no movement)
- Bolt torque check
- Brake adjustment (front and rear)
- Gear tuning (adjust derailleurs)
- Tire pressure check and inflation
- Chain wear check (replacement on 0.75%)
- Chain clean and lubrication
- Wipe down the frame and components
Recommended every 3 – 6 months depending on usage.

All parts and associated labour are charged separately.
Tier 2: Comprehensive Service – “Performance Plus”
Designed for avid riders who want a deeper clean and more precise adjustments.
Inclusions:
- All items in the Basic Service
- Drivetrain cleaning (removal of chain, cassette, and chainrings for deep cleaning)
- Wheel truing (ensure straightness)
- Adjustment of hubs
- Cleaning of brakes and rims/rotors (for better braking performance)
- Inspect cables and housing for wear
Recommended every 6 – 12 months depending on usage.

Tier 3: Full Overhaul – “Ultimate Care“
A complete service package for high-performance cyclists or bikes that require extensive maintenance.
Inclusions:
- All items from Performance Plus
- Complete bike strip-down and rebuild
- Full frame clean and inspection (including hidden areas)
- Overhaul of hubs, bottom bracket, and headset (clean, re-grease, and adjust)
- Installation of new cables and housing (if needed)
Recommended every 12 – 18 months, particularly after a heavy season.
